Built on Grit and Determination
Elite Property Services was not built the traditional way. Just before starting the company, Brody, the owner, faced a life-threatening medical situation that nearly cost him everything. It was a moment that could have stopped him completely. Instead, it became the foundation for something bigger.
Shortly after recovering, with no safety net and every reason to wait, he started Elite Property Services anyway.
Since then, the company has grown into a trusted name in North Texas, delivering record-breaking growth and earning a reputation for doing work the right way, even when it is the harder path.
Experience That Shows in the Work
Before launching Elite, Brody worked in the oil field as a pipe welder and later as an aerospace welder. Those environments demand precision, discipline, and accountability. There is no room for error.
He also spent years working alongside volume builders, where he saw firsthand what happens when speed is prioritized over quality. Fixing those issues shaped his approach and reinforced a simple philosophy: do it right the first time.
That mindset is now built into every project we take on.
A Foundation in Craftsmanship
Construction has always been part of Brody’s life. Growing up, he worked alongside his father, learning the trade through hands-on experience in home remodeling, carpentry, porches, and custom structures.
Today, that same foundation continues. Father and son work together on projects, bringing decades of combined experience and a shared commitment to craftsmanship.
